A new lead arrives
A lead submits your Kivvett web form. The inquiry is captured even if they leave follow-up consent unchecked; without current consent, no automated emails are queued.

Eligible emails send automatically
When you enable account-level automation and a lead has current consent, Kivvett generates and sends up to two eligible follow-up emails on your configured schedule. There is no per-message approval. Requests needing judgment, missing context, or uncertain generation or delivery pause for owner attention. Test leads are excluded.

Matched replies become the next step
A reply is linked only when it arrives in Kivvett’s shared inbox and matches the sent-email thread and lead’s email address. Matched replies are recorded and stop later automated emails; Kivvett does not answer them. A matched STOP or unsubscribe withdraws consent. Unmatched email does not update the lead record.
