How does Kivvett follow up with a new lead?

Automation is off by default. When it is enabled and a lead has current follow-up consent, Kivvett generates and sends eligible emails automatically. The sequence can send up to two emails: by default, the first 24 hours after lead capture and the second 72 hours after the first; you can configure both delays and the delivery time zone. Emails are limited to 9 a.m.–5 p.m. in that zone, 25 messages per rolling 24 hours, and leads no older than seven days. Test leads are excluded. Requests involving pricing, availability, scheduling, questions, sensitive or unsupported topics, missing context, or generation/delivery uncertainty pause for owner attention. Kivvett does not promise automated calls or texts.

What needs to be enabled before an email is sent?

Both conditions are required: the business owner must enable account-level automation, and the individual lead must give current follow-up consent through the optional form checkbox. When both are true, eligible messages are generated and sent automatically without per-message approval. Requests that need owner judgment are held for attention; there is no approval queue that sends a message after review.

What happens if a lead does not opt in?

The inquiry is still captured in the lead queue, but automated follow-up is not queued unless the lead has current consent and account-level automation is enabled. The follow-up consent box is optional and separate from the customer’s setup consent.

Create or sign in to your Kivvett account first, then review the $29/month Entry program before hosted checkout. You can create one shareable web form and submit a setup test lead before checkout. After verified payment, add your business name and service area and provide setup consent to activate. Lead inbox and follow-up settings become available with an active subscription.

Customer setup consent lets Kivvett use your business name and service area to configure setup and first-lead capture. Separately, each lead can optionally agree to receive up to two email follow-ups about their inquiry on the business’s behalf. Setup consent does not opt a lead in. A STOP or unsubscribe reply withdraws consent only when it reaches Kivvett’s shared inbox and matches the sent-email thread and the lead’s address.

What happens when a lead replies or opts out?

A reply is linked to a lead only when it reaches Kivvett’s shared inbox and matches both the sent follow-up thread and the lead’s email address. Matched replies are recorded and stop later automated emails; Kivvett does not automatically answer them. A matched STOP or unsubscribe withdraws consent and stops later messages. Non-routine, unclear, or sensitive matched replies need owner attention. Unmatched email is held in internal review and does not update the lead record.

What does a review notice mean?

A review notice means automated follow-up is paused and needs your attention; it is not a message approval queue. Marking the notice reviewed only closes it. It does not send an email or restart the sequence, and Kivvett has no in-app reply or send action.
